“With the challenge from Kelly, Outerknown was created, and we started our journey. When we began, our own friends and trusted peers from the clothing industry doubted us. They said consumers didn’t care enough about sustainable style to pay more. It was also challenging to find factories and material suppliers willing to go through the extra steps we required as a startup. We built an entire collection that never saw the light of day because it couldn’t deliver on our vision, but we continued to persevere until we found the right partners who believed in our mission and could deliver on our strict sustainability standards. It’s been five years since we sold our first item of clothing, and we couldn’t be more proud of what we have built and accomplished. We haven’t figured it all out, but we continue to learn every day. We’re quite proud that we’ve pioneered many new ideas at Outerknown while raising the standard for sustainable design in our industry and beyond. We look at our sustainability commitment like the North Star. We will never actually get there, but the North Star is always reminding us what direction we should be going. TICKETS REQUIRED:
- Tickets are required for each customer over the age of 15 yrs.
- Limit only one (1x) ticket per customer. Customers who purchase more than one ticket (for different dates/times) will forfeit all tickets immediately.
- You will have one (1x) hour to shop beginning from the start time listed on your ticket. (eg. 10:00 am ticket must checkout by 11:00 am).
- This is a MULTI-BRAND EVENT which means each customer will only need one (1x) ticket to be able to shop ALL brands at this same location.
- Our Standby option is available to those who were unable to secure a ticket for the day and time slot they desire. Standby Tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Entrance is not guaranteed and will be granted at our discretion based on capacity limits. Please note that wait times can be longer than expected. Standby access will end 30 minutes prior to store closing times.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
- There will be NO changing rooms and try-on’s will NOT be permitted anywhere in this event.
- NO bags or backpacks will be permitted inside the sale.
- Strollers are permitted, but are subject to search.
- ALL SALES FINAL – NO Returns or Exchanges.
- Touch-less Payments preferred. Credit/debit cards and cash accepted. No AMEX.
- FREE Parking and plenty of it.
- Products are new, but occasionally consist of store and online returns. Please inspect all items prior to checkout.
- We do not sell damaged items. No additional discounts for damaged or blemished items.
- Final selections must be made prior to entering the check-out line.
